The Scotsman remains the definitive James Bond, even for those born long after he made his debut in the first Bond movie, 1962's Dr. No. Women love his boldness, his graceful demeanor, andlet's be honesthis accent. Men envy and emulate him, hoping to confidently meet life's challenges without being shaken (but possibly stirred). No other looked into the eye of a potential adversary or lover and said, "Bond, James Bond," quite like him.
Comments
"Give some props to George Lazenby for being the closest to Ian Fleming's version of Bond, and to Timothy Dalton for being the one actor who looked like Bond as described by Fleming."
Dan Bogucki, Borders DVD Buyer
"Daniel Craig, with his cold, blue eyes and compact body, isn't afraid to get his hands dirty, but still looks good in a dinner jacket. His tough new portrayal has reinvigorated Bond and reminds the audience that it's sometimes necessary to crack a few heads when defending the free world."
