AFRAID OF FAILURE

Hey Mel,

My name is Stephanie and I am 26-years-old. I have several questions, but they all tie into the same thing. My biggest problem is that I have not learned how to put myself first. I take care of everyone else, but not myself. I have been through a lot for someone my age - more than what most people can imagine. I have become weak of spirit. I don't think of myself the way I used to and I am having a hard time reaching my goals. I have dreams and goals that are big, but I am so afraid of failure that I don't allow myself to go after them. I am also afraid of how going after them would affect my life. I am married, and it hasn't been easy. I am afraid that if I move forward, my husband may not move forward with me. All in all, my biggest problem is that I get in my own way. I don't want to keep thinking "what if." I want to make things happen for myself. Can you help?
